| Overseer |
- The general oversight of the work of FTCG, through out the TCIs
|
| Senior Pastor |
- The oversight of the work of the local Church in any Island or area of the Turk & Caicos Islands.
|
| Administrator |
- Responsible for the day to day work of the Church. Manager of the affairs of the Church – responsible to the Overseer.
|
| Pastors/Associates |
- These may be persons responsible to the Senior Pastor for segments of the work in the local Church.
|
| Deacons/Deaconess |
- Care of Membership, Ministries, Committees and to fulfill his/her specific call to ministry. Fill any other capacity as is needed or thought to be necessary.
|
| Ministers |
- For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry and for the edifying of the body of Christ.
|
| Department/Ministry Leaders |
- To take responsibility for whatever area of the ministry work to which he/she is appointed to lead.
|
| Administrator/Principal |
|
| Dean of Rehabilitation |
- Responsible for the coordination and general working of the Rehab Center – responsible to the Board set for general oversight of the Center.
|
| Dean of Ministry |
- Responsible for the operation of the School of Ministries. Chairperson of the Board of Governors for this School/College. Responsible to the Overseer/Sr. Pastor.
|
| Field Secretary |
- Person (s) responsible for the work of the Church in the Islands.
